The example from page 8 is a fully customized report. This doesn't come from any survey tool. There are many data visualization tools that can do that, you just need to customize them.
I doubt that something like that will EVER come as a feature in LS, especially as it is a very specific graph that in my over 15 years working with data, analysis and visualization, was never used or required by any of my clients. So this is for sure nothing that will be delivered out of the box.
The good thing about Limesurvey is, that you can access the data with other tools and you can create a dash board that looks like page 8 yourself.
