You will have to make screenshots of just the browser windows. When you shot the whole desktop, it will stay unrecognizable for the eye after reducing the filesize to post it here.
And post a screenshot when you visit the survey links and have a question with the wrong subquestions.

No on here can confirm the issue from respondent side. You should try to visit the surveylinks with a different browser too. You might have an browser issue in combination with an issue/setting inside LimeSurvey.
You can export the survey (*.LSS) and attach it here. Try to import it in demo.limesurvey.com and check it there too.
When I add manually to each line of translation, the same problem is not observed. When I use the quick add feature ... there is a bug ... I imported the questionnaire into a demo ..... I tried the same on different browsers

When using the Quick Add feature, you need to include all languages. So, even if you already have English in place, you will have to add it again when adding new language translations via that feature.
Having said that, it shouldn't be much of a problem if you use Calc or Excel with a column for every language.

Why? You have English as base language in one column and you just add the new languages into the other columns, then you copy them all in, when the translation is complete. This is probably the least time consuming approach there is.
You can program the structure of your questionnaire in English and then copy the translations in at the end.
Imagine to have to insert all ethe translations by hand.
There might be better solutions for this, but they won't be that much quicker, I guess.
