I am creating a Feedback Survey for employees and their leaders/managers. The leaders/managers would like to receive feedback from their employees so they will be completing a Feedback survey on their current role and responsilibities and how they see themselves in a leadership role. They will also comment on their own improvement. The leaders/managers will have a chance to respond to this feedback separately in a separate survey. The Employee aspect of this is simply a survey with 6 questions (let's call this the SELF portion). The Leader/Manager portion is more difficult because I want to pull in the some of the employee information so the leader can comment on what they stated and then they will also have some questions to answer about this employee. All of this information will go to the department head. So I would like to be able to pull in fields from the completed survey by the employee into the leader/manager survey. Is this possible within LimeSurvey? If so, where do you suggest I start?  

If you look for 360 degree surveys here in the forum, you will find threads about offers from third parties. LimeSurvey itself offer no function to allow 180,270 or 360 feedbacks. So it's up to some workarounds or plugins.
I have never seen a working example as opensource.

Thanks for your response. I already have a couple of 360's developed so this isn't really a 360, this is much simpler than that so it appears LimeSurvey can't really do this without a workaround. I wasn't sure if there was something simple in LimeSurvey that would allow me to do this so I appreciate you letting me know.

Yeah, it could be done with an AJAX call to a PHP file that uses the API to retrieve the employee's answers (identified by token or savedid) to be loaded into (hidden?) questions in the management survey.

Or, maybe a plugin but I'm not an expert in those.
