I want make 360 degrees survey. The respondents is supervisor, myself, co-worker and subordinate. Could I using limesurvey for this one?

Yes, you can.

I know a Limesurvey developer who has coded some kind of extension for this to handle the assignment of surveys. If you are interested I can forward his contact details.

I'm also intrestested in knowing if I can make a 360 degree survey with limesurvey.

For example:
in a group one respondent is the object of the survey, he answers about himself, and the rest of the group answers the same survey about him. And the result sheet will have the response of the first compared to the responses of the rest of the group.

If it is that simple you can simply use tokens, set the survey to be non anonymous and use additional token attributes to indicate if the user is the target person or someone who rates that person. This way you can even show/hide certain questions depending on the additional attribute value.

My surveys are not anonymous. they are common 360 degree survey.
What about reports? I need to compare the target person answers with the answers of the rest of the group so to understand if the tatget person has an appropriate image of himself.

We offer different Export formats and when exporting data e.g. to Excel you can include data from toekn table if your survey is NON anonymous so you could easily differentiate between the different data sets.

The company I work for has done many 360 surveys with limesurvey. They are most easily done with the token based surveys but we have other ways we have done it depending on the client needs, such as drop down boxes, or sending out the survey link and giving individuals tokens to use. The reporting is done easily by exporting the results through the excel export and then we read it into crystal reports.

It was some kind of portal but is based on a quite old Limesurvey version which didn't offer features the later versions offer.

Limesurvey 1.92 and later offer a great feature called Expression Manager to show questions to certain participants only or adjust question texts according to the current user's role at the 360 degree survey.

All questions will be the same... not sure how expression manager would help 360 survey... I would rather have some answers to my other outstanding questions in this forum which would help me complete a 360 survey

Often question texts differ for different user groups, so using the Expression Managers piping feature helps a lot here.

When using tokens,m you can define an additional token attribute called "user_group" and assign each group a certain number or letter, Then you can use the Expression Manager to show certain questions to certain groups only.

When analyzing results late, you can export answer data + token data and filter by user group based on that new token attribute.
