We cannot open our surveys on Chrome or Safari suddenly

Have you been able to find a soultion to the problem yet? I can't open my survey neither :-(

The solution is to remove the no longer valid glue records.
I don't know why LimeSurvey GmbH is not able to remove them.

We've been talking to our domain registrar over and over again, and each time they say it's fixed, wait 24-48 hours, and then it's not fixed. We've decided to move the domain to another domain provider now, that we're also using for limesurvey.net.

If you don't have any active survey you can go to your account settings on account.limesurvey.org and change domain to limesurvey.net. It should then be accessible immediately.

We're really sorry for the delayed response here.

Can you explain that a little more? I don't see this option where you'd change the domain in account settings.

Unfortunately we cannot change the domain as we have several active surveys across different projects. Do you have an updated timeline for the issue to be fixed?

I am really sorry for the inconvenience. We expect the issue to be fixed when the domain has successfully moved – according to the domain providers at earliest tomorrow, at latest on Friday.
