No, you sent a lsg export. This is only the group, which is language sensitive. Therefore you only can import a group export into a survey with the same language.
And we do not like to guess which language we have to use to create a new survey to be able to import your lsg export.

Therefore we always ask for a lss export, which also contains the survey settings which may be important, too.

I found the cause of my mistake. Only words with a length of 4 or more letters are shown.

So I have a few questions:
1. Can I customize the display of short words (2-3 letters)
2. How to adjust the word size? Words are the same size regardless of the frequency of naming
3. I work with the Cyrillic alphabet. Such words are not displayed at all. Can I customize this?

Strange ? I think it's the objective of wordcloud. Did you try with a big difference on 3 word ?

Seems wordcloud2-js.timdream.org wordcloud original script allow cyrillic alphabet.

Maybe you have to set a specific font-family andf remove this line : github.com/lacrioque/WordCloud/blob/mast.../WCPQuestion.php#L33

I tested a bit more.

And my conclusion is: Do not use it.

Reason:
I have no idea, but the same question - where I entered some pharagraphs of the manual added to the "old" entries - showed different results.






Well, you see that the words are in different sizes and the colors work.
But your questions about the length of the words and cyrillic.
Have a look what Denis answered.

In my opinion:
There are better ways to display your results as wordcloud.
Like "zingcharts", what is a bit expensive
or "highcharts" that is free for "non-commercial" use.

IT staff helped set up the plugin. While working fine. But there is color issue. Do You know, where in the code I can change the number, after which the font color is adjusted?
