Has anyone tried out the WordCloud plugin at:

account.limesurvey.org/limestore?view=extensiondetails&id=52

I've installed it, and when I click on it in the left menu bar for an active survey, the web page freezes and the cursor just spins.

I see a partially transparent overlay on the page, and then nothing happens and I have to force a page refresh to recover, and the WordCloud doesn't load.

I'm running latest LS build Version 3.17.7+190627

I seem to be unable to install this plugin. I successfully unzipped the folder in to "plugins" and i my installation does not read it when i visit the administration plugin manager.

My version is 3.17.3+190429, custom installation.
