Cannot open surveys as superadmin

Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
LimeSurvey version: 7.0.14+260904
Own server or LimeSurvey Cloud: own
Survey theme/template: fruity2023 (the standard one)
==================
We updated our Limesurvey from 6 to 7, but now there is a bug when opening surveys in the new editor. After opening a second survey, I suddenly no longer have permission to open surveys, but I am a superadmin

step 1: go to a new survey, I can edit it
step 2: go back to the workspace dashboard (the table with available surveys)
step 3: click a different survey

After step 3 I get a screen that says: "You don't have permission to access this page" (which is strange for a superadmin)

Possibly important: at the top of the page, the survey title is the one from step 1 and not the one I actually clicked on. But in the URL is the surveyID of the survey I just clicked (so the title does not match the ID in the view)

My colleague, also super admin, has the same problem. Is this something that more users have? Did something go wrong during the comfort update?

This issue sounds similar: forums.limesurvey.org/forum/installation...te-to-v7-0-14#275106

Try to switch to the "normal" editor and see if it works. And I would create a bug report.

Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Thank you for the tip, the old editor works for now!

I tried reporting a bug, sadly I got a vague error about a version being invalid, however the bug report has several version fields so I am confused as to which one I filled out wrong.

I think the only really relevant "version" for the bug report is the Limesurvey version.

For the others (e.g. PHP Version), I don't see how they could throw an error message, as long as the obligatory fields are filled (red asterisk).

And remember: No Bug report, no fix. :-)
