It's new and maybe some issue , but last 6.X version support PHP8.1Even if I update Limesurvey to the latest version php 8.1 is not suported?

+1 for all at an exception : 3.X and 5.X template and workaround don't break a lot.LS 6.x just came out this week. I would rather wait a couple of weeks to install it on a production environment. In the meanwhile I would run it in an test environment and see how it does.
At the beginning of a new version, there can always smaller or bigger "hickups", so I'd rather upgrade to LS5 which seems to be rather stable and see how LS 6 develops, but that is just my personal opinion,. of course.
Keep in mind that both, LS5 and LS6 will not work with your templates and most probably workarounds from LS3.
