Please help us help you and fill where relevant:

Hi,
I get the attached error when I try loading limesurvey. What can I do to sort out this issue?

That is a browser security warning.

You are using hosted LimeSurvey so contact their support directly.

Might be related to the current DNS issue as well: forums.limesurvey.org/forum/installation...e-or-safari-suddenly
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Looks like a certificate issue when accessing the URL via https://

I recommend to try again to access your LimeSurvey site and perhaps test with a different browser.
If you still see this error message check the advanced button to see more infos about the issue.

I can access the URL via https://. The certificate is valid.
Please check again.

limequery.com is currently not affected by the DNS issues.

Thanks, it was a DNS issue from lime survey side but it's now sorted.
