Is Tailwind CSS compatible with LS?  

Ideally I'd like to have our survey look a little more modern.  To start, i would like the radio buttons function and appear more like this:
For boolean:
     [url] codepen.io/ThessaV/pen/arroZz [/url]
For limited options:
     [url] codepen.io/anubhav7495/pen/yXVZjr [/url]
For the Array:
     [url] codepen.io/i0z/pen/kXypyw [/url]

Where i am modifying the template is: 
index.php?r=admin%2Fthemes&sa=view&editfile=layout_global.twig&screenname=register&templatename=extends_bootswatch_DMH_360Wellcheck

Based on the above design samples, do i only have to modify the CSS or do i also need to modify the php code and if  so where?
