Survey is not fully displayed on mobile phone was created by psohrabi
I have created a survey. Before sending it to the participants, I carried out some tests and found out that the survey was not completely displayed on the mobile phone. What do I have to do so that the survey is fully displayed on both PC and mobile phone? Thank you in advance and best regards

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Hi,
sorry, I do not know what exactly you are talking about.
First you say
And later you ask
So please, explain and show your problems by a few screenshots.
Best you send a lss export of a survey with only the relevant questions to reproduce the ussue,
And the important informations:
LimeSurvey version
Used theme
Used browser(s) (desktop and mobile)
Operating systems.
sorry, I do not know what exactly you are talking about.
First you say
or in your mistakenly created German thread here in the English part.that the survey was not completely displayed on the mobile phone
Are there questions not displayed on mobile devices?dass die Umfrage auf Handy nicht ganz angezeigt wird.
And later you ask
that the survey is fully displayed on both PC and mobile phone?
Here the German text makes me think that some questions are not displayed correctly on mobile devices.damit die Umfrage sowohl auf PC aber auch Handy richtig angezeigt wird.
So please, explain and show your problems by a few screenshots.

Thank your time and for the quick response.
The survey that I have created is completely displayed on PC! So there is no problem here.
But some participants usually answer via cell phone. The survey that I have created is not completely displayed on my mobile phone. That means, only the questions are displayed. The answer options (Likert scale) are not displayed (see screenshot 1 and 2).
My question is, what format should i use, so that the survey can be dispalyed on any device.
And further important informations:
LimeSurvey version: 3.26.5
Used theme: bootswatch
Used browser(s) (desktop and mobile): Fire fox
Operating systems (PC): Windows 10
Operating System (cell phone): ISO 14.6
Thanks and best regards

Ah,
the answer options of an array are missing in a RTL-language.
So you should really send a lss export of this survey, only some relevant questions.
Most of us will not be able to create one to text this.

First of all thank you so much for your effort.
There are several span-tags. Where should I remove the span-tag in the below command line
<span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma,Geneva,sans-serif;">بسیار زیاد</span></span>
Thank you and best regards

Remove all of the span tags. It looks like garbage imported from Word.
