Bonjour,

Quand les répondants sont sur le questionnaire, la session expire au bout d'une vingtaine de minutes (session expirée).

Comment résoudre ce problème?

  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Booster la durée de session sur le serveur.
