OK, so your survey has xyz as title, and the alias is xyz. Why did you send the URL that ends on //apple?

What I ask is the actual screen of the survey, not some dummy example. Or do you not have an actual survey and is this all some asking around?

There must be a survey with a title and an alias.

A survey must have at least one group and one question. And the survey must have been activated.

What is filled in on the screen of the survey that you want an alias on? I am asking this, because I think you may be doing something wrong. For that I am asking for the screen where you have filled in the details for the alias.

Some more screenshots. The apple was just an example. Since then I already wrote that the URL was: www.b-tu.de/umfragen//xyz , which doesn't work unfortunately. The double // is weird in the link, but it is automatically generated. The survey is activated, online. I have changed the title since then, because I work on the survey. But the alias and URL I haven't touched since the beginning.

I guess it was the double slash at the end of the base url in one of the screenshots. Here in the German forum:

There is no real solution.
I guess there is a misconfiguration on their side.

But I found that it works, if you insert "index.php" between these two slashes.
".../lime/index.php/myAlias" instead of the usual ".../lime/myAlias"
