I've created previous surveys without issue, but two current surveys I've just created don't show the question tip, the hide tip button is off for all questions so i'm not sure why its not showing the tip. I'm very new to lime survey so apologies if this is something obvious, i've tried looking back through previous threads but this is usually about people wanting to turn off the tips, not have them on. The tips do show if i export the survey as a printable version, but don't appear on the web version. 

Did you try in a standard theme? (bootswatch, fruity or vanilla)
"Basic reloaded" seems to be a customized theme from "survey-consulting.com".

And - of course - send the lss export that we may see a potential issue.

Yes, i've since tried it with the standard themes and these do show the question tips, so does appear to be an issue with the theme. This was set up previously by someone else but to date i've not had a problem with it. I've attached the ISS export.

It's easy to understand that we can't say anything about issues in customized themes that do not occur in standard themes.
