Welcome to the 2024 BHIVA national audit of documentation of co-medications. The audit aims to get a UK-wide picture of HIV clinical services' documentation of co-medications and provision of vaccinations. Other key areas of focus will include communication with GPs, new BHIVA guidance regarding statins and provision of long acting injectable ART. The audit will comprise of two elements:
- A brief survey of HIV clinical services' policies and practice around documentation of co-medications. One survey to be completed per service.
- A case-note review of outpatients living with HIV who have been on the active outpatient caseload for over 12 months and attended either a face to face or telephone appointment in the last 12-month period.
This is the clinic survey - please complete once for each HIV specialist care clinic
Ideally, a senior clinician should complete the clinic survey, either collaborating on it or reviewing the responses before submission.
