No incógnito mode, just normal chrome. Computer is in dark mode.

So it works on normal chrome as well. Where does it happen to you? Where have you tested? How many computers have you tested?

Sorry tpartner, we have a blocking policy, it has been released now. The problem occurs where access is released.

It occurs right after locating the file. Apparently the upload itself is performed:

{ "success":true,"size":13.0927734375,"name":"Untitled-1.png","ext":"png","filename":"futmp_uwt9tfk6bpaahdm_png","msg":"The file was uploaded successfully." }

But there is no redirection back to the form.

With no user logged in Chrome or incognito mode works fine in general.

In a specific survey, we have reports from external users, 4 out of 18. We suggest using the browser's incognito window to get around this and it works.

In an internal controlled test, 10 computers, for those who do not have a user logged into Chrome works correctly more often. 4 Chrome logged users had problems.

Difficult to say something, as I can't reproduce the error. Using Chrome with user logged in into the google account, no incognito, and it works just fine.

Are you using any proxys?

We have web application firewall, a kind of proxy. We have already tested disabling this feature, without success. With the json message stuck on the screen there is a JavaScript error. I don't know if it is related.
