Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: LimeSurvey Cloud Version 5.2.13
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting:
Survey theme/template:

Hello,I am not sure why but I am trying to send a participant a new link to a survey (after deleting the table and re-uploading a new participant table) and I keep receiving this message: 
 


I made sure that I do not qualify for any of these criteria and I am unsure why this is happening. When I had done this around 3 weeks ago, I didn't face this issue. 
This is what the table looks like:  
 


Does anyone have any thoughts?

The paticipant in your screenshot already got an invitation email.
To be able to send a new invitation you have to edit the participant and set this field to "NO"
