Hello, I started finishing up my survey but every time I preview it  this blank page pops up at random times and won't disappear no matter how many times I press next. Is there something that can be done?


 

 

Start yout survey with newtest=Y

Do I just write in the source code for the first question ?

Sorry, I am not super experienced with this software.

I meen : in general this happen because you test survey as admin,
make an update, when try to test again : there are this issue.
Rhere a really biig chance it was this issue
In French we say : “Si vous entendez un bruit de sabots, pensez à des chevaux, pas à des zèbres”

Then : just try with the «Execute this survey» link. Or : close your browser, restart computer, and try again.

If it's still happen : need more detail : LimeSurvey version, lss, server etc … (Un zèbre au final).
