Calculation error in assessment was created by Serhat
Hello there. I have a problem with evaluating a survey. There are 5 groups in the survey. The first group and the 5th group are not included in the evaluation. Groups 2, 3 and 4 are included in the evaluation. The maximum point value for each group is ten. Each group's score is calculated correctly. The maximum total score expected for the survey's overall score is thirty. But the total score is calculated a few more points each time. Do you know the reason for this situation? I am using Lime survey Version 3.25.22 + 210413. Thank you for your help.

By the way:
What means

The first group and the 5th group are not included in the evaluation

You cannot exclude groups from the total assessment.
The only way is to set all assessment values in the questions of these groups to "0". Did you do this?

In a quickly created example I do not see an issue.

Thank you for your concern. As you said, I set all evaluation values in groups not included in the evaluation to 0. But the problem continues.

And you still don't show us your work.
How do you think can we help without seeing where you made a mistake, or not?

So, again: Send the lss export.

At first sight I should say

{PERC} in the last total assessment is not correct. Should be {TOTAL}, or?

Later more, if there is more.

And here your mistake.

In the question
Db8 Siz veya öğrencileriniz öğretim ve öğrenim süreçlerinde hangi dijital araçları kullanıyorsunuz?
there is a assessment value of "1". This is the default value of ,multiple questions.

I found out because the total was always exsctly the number of selected items in this questions higher then the sum of the groups.
Therefore my advice. When testing, write down what you entered, calculate manually and compare
This way it is easier to find some issues.

Hello. Can I ask you one more question?
Can we see the evaluation scores of the survey participants in lime survey?

Hi,
you mean in the dataset, in the answer table, in the export?
Yes, but only this {ASSESSMENT_CURRENT_TOTAL}
manual.limesurvey.org/Assessments#Assessment_placeholders

Therefore we always recommend to use ExpressionScript / Manager instead.

Assessment is a feature that was included when there was no Expression Manager (before version 2.0x, or so)
But it's a bit outdated now.
Expression manager is far more flexible and powerful.
And you still may use the assessment values in the answer options (in case they are negative, two or more answer option have the same assessment value, and so on)
