I have an inconsistent observation that may be something you are already aware of. Is there any reason why the [ Next ] button on the welcome/description page would need to be clicked 2 or 3 times before beginning the survey?

I had a test LSS file, but after testing several options, I couldn't replicate the issue, but two of my live surveys require 3 clicks on the [ Next ] button to get started.

Any thoughts?

It means you have an oudated PHP version

Your PHP version must be outdate, Check it out once

Thanks for the link, sorry I didn't find the post before submitting this one. I am using Mac and the latest available PHP version (7.4). I don't have an option for 7.39 as the post suggests. I'll just have to live with this until version 8.
