Next button only working the third time was created by simonrasch
Hey,

The next button of my introduction page only works at the third time. The first two clicks it just reloads the first page again. I think it only happens, when using a Mac (Safari Browser).

I know that this topic has already been opened under the link:

forums.limesurvey.org/forum/design-issue...e-fourth-time#203781

However, they recommended 2 solutions to the topic:
- Firstly: "Reverting the PHP version from 7.4.2 to 7.3.9 actually solved the problem. It is working fine with PHP 7.0/7.2/7.3, just 7.4 seems to cause that problem." --> I dont get what PHP is, and how i solve the problem.
- Secondly (in the bugforum): "Fixed in Release 4.3.23+201026"

Well, for me both dont work for me. Since i got a Univeristy-Account, i got Version 3.22.27+200720 and i guess i cant change it. As well, i dont know how to do this PHP thing, and if it would work for me. Also google wont help me.

Please help me :( I need to start the survey for my thesis as soon as possible, since i have a fixed end-date for the thesis...

PHP is installed on the server, you will need to contact the server admin.

Did this. Doesnt change anything. Via Safari you still need to click 3 times until the survey begins.

Well,
shouldn't be a problem to explain it on the welcome page.

That Safari users might have to click here a few times.
