You will need to explore the styles affecting the image with browser developer tools and adjust as necessary.

Probably adding something like this to the end of custom.css:

  max-height: 200px;
}

Hiya
I added this to the end of custom.css and it worked but I have had to change the logo to a different one and this command seems to be having no effect on the size of the new logo!

As Tpartner said, check the size of the picture itself and clear cache in your browser each time you edit the number of px. Without clearing, the logo doesn't change.

I'm using the latest LS 3.22 hosted on LS servers, not installed locally.
