Quick update - I've done the ComfortUpdate this morning to build 160218. The problem remains on the question output page: for List (dropdown) the text box does not appear if you choose other unless you choose 'Other:', then click Previous, then Next again, then the text box is visible.
Did you post the bug ? Did you search if the bug already exist ?
If no : please do it
If yes : you can follow the bug and reopen it when it closed.
