Tammo, I think you can change the title when replying to the thread or editing a reply.

Tony, you might have a different user permission set. The reply topic isn't changing the thread topic.Normally that is a different button.

So far Tammo always published when there is a new version. There is no need to ask, this will not speed up the development process.

UPDATE: The TFR Responsive template is finally available for Limesurvey 3 and Limesurvey 4. We have re-build it from scratch in order to work with the new Limesurvey versions and the new template technology used there.
