Just in case someone comes to this post in another 4 years or so... I was unable to find a solution. Due to the time-sensitive nature of my research, I was forced to use Google forms.

Well, if Google Forms is the alternative, I don't think there is budget for paying a Limesurvey Partner.

In principle you are right, but we need to see the circumstances.

I am not a fan of using Google Forms, especially in terms of data protection, but sometimes you have to work with what you have and get it done.
