I tried using original template, the problem still existed.

any recommendation to check on php program or DB?

I assume that the template you are referring to is the survey template and not the template for the admin area, right? As the problem is not the survey (as far as I understood), but the admin screen locking, I don't think that the survey template will have any impact. But what about the admin interface, has this been modified?

  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

I have modify the admin interface.
e.g. Remove the footer, disable user to choose login.....

I will try to install with the same version tomorrow and see if anything help for my problem. Thanks.

I have checked with UAT platform and it is fine.

I have copy UAT source to PROD platform and still got problem.

Any idea on DB? Which table I need to check for setting condition?
