The information you offered is not suitable to even make an educated guess.
Could be a temporary problem with your server. Could be a database problem.
Did you check the problem with different surveys. Create a copy of the survey and create a new survey. Same issue?

You could update LS, but I would encourage you to stay on 2.05 (even though security update weren't fixed there).

Jelo is right, there is very little information we can work with.

For us to be able to help we would need sem information about your survey, the type of conditions, how many conditions, how big is the survey, do other surveys run fine, is it with a very specific condition or with all conditions, etc.

The survey is small.
I just have 2 questions. Just set the 2nd question with the condition with 1st one.
It is very slow response once I click "Add condition".
even though I cannot access survey again. I need to close the browser.

Any help? Thanks.

This sounds weird. I don't feel any slow down due to conditions.

Can yu attach the survey with this problem here? I assume that there is something wrong with this survey.

You could also try to export the survey and import it as a new survey again to see if this changes anything.

Or try to recreate the same survey (as it is only 2 questions anyway) and see what happens.

This seems to be a device or browser specific problem. I have tested in Firefox, Chrome, IE and Edge with no problems.

We have tried 2 OS. Windows Vista and Windows 10.

For Browser, Chrome, IE and Firefox.

I would like to know and troubleshoot with the following:
1. php file that set condition
2. which table to access that set condition.

Please help. Thanks.

Tested your questionnaire. No problem at all. All running smooth. Must be some problem with your local installation.

What is the template you are using and do you use a modified admin template?
