Ahhh, OK, Spanish México is not available on my installation. Just plain Spanish.

I think the problem is solved. You didn't use the array filter correctly.

In order for the array filter to work, the answer codes need to be the same for both questions.

I have this error when I eddit the question with the array filter : "Note: You can't edit the relevance equation because there are currently conditions set for this question." and I cannot change the relevance in the edit view but yes in the conditions and branching view.
is this something related with the problem?

I changed the language in the textfile to "es" and it worked: try it with plain spanish

Check my previous answer. I think the problem is related to the fact that you did not use the array filter correctly.
