I was wondering if this feature has been included in the newest versions of Limesurvey.
I need users to upload an excel file in a file upload question and it would be great if this file could be attached to a notification email, which needs to be sent to someone without admin rights. As far as I could see the only way to retrieve uploaded files is to search the response and download the file manually.
(I tried to check if there was a feature request in the bugtracker but I am not familiar with the development part of Limesurvey and could not find anything).
If this is not an available feature but there are commercial plugins to solve this issue, I would be very grateful for any hint.

3. this feature can easily be done in plugin (in 4.X)
If someone add this feature in a pull request in core : i vote against it.
If someone add this feature in a core plugin : i vote for it.
