Probably because of the template surveys that they are suggesting are available. I don't know if this is the case, as I do not use Limesurvey SaaS, but the community version.
Correct. In the Saas space the precreated questionnaires are important to drive up signups.

I'm not sure, if the 360° surveys are really what people would expect The third party solutions involved Plugins/Programming to ensure people got to mesure each other. These templates look quite simple.
