For those cases, you will need to contact the Limesurvey GmbH for support. The forum is mainly run by volunteers for the Community Edition. Of course we help users of the SaaS service as well, but of course only where we can.

I have no idea if there is a template survey for 360° feedback surveys, and if so, where this would be found. I would open a support ticket with them and link to the page you have shown in the screenshot.

Thanks Tony. Just to be clear, I am using the Expert version of the cloud hosting, so I do in fact have access to the themes. But I wasn't referring to the themes, I was referring to templates. Specifically the 360 degree feedback template which LimeSurvey advertise on their site. It's the reason I signed up for the paid cloud hosting. See screenshot and link in the previous replies.

If you have paid for the Expert package, contact LimeSurvey support directly.

Themes deal with the look and feel. Templates are actual surveys which can be revised and adapted. LimeSurvey have examples on line at the link I shared earlier.

I'm not sure what that means. LimeSurvey in their advertising use the term TEMPLATES separately from themes. I am referring to the following page:

But Tpartner is right. Before the survey themes (design/layout of a survey) was called template, then it switched to theme. Probably because of the template surveys that they are suggesting are available. I don't know if this is the case, as I do not use Limesurvey SaaS, but the community version.

Correct. In the Saas space the precreated questionnaires are important to drive up signups.
Survey templates = LSS files  Questions
Survey themes = Styling/CSS/Image Look&Feel

I'm not sure, if  the 360° surveys are really what people would expect  The third party solutions involved Plugins/Programming to ensure people got to mesure each other. These templates look quite simple.
