I have upgraded Limesurvey to LS5. Unfortunately, it didn't resolve the problem, so I created a ticket, #11719 to explain the problem. I hope the number is enough to identify the ticket.

So created a support ticket, not a bug report. If you are not a paying customer of Limesurvey Cloud, the ticket will not have any effect. Support tickets are only for paying customers of their SaaS platform.

In any way, you should create a bug report at bugs.limesurvey.org

I'm sorry I messed it up. However, I have received a message by the support team that there will be a release related to GA4 next week.
Maybe it is better to wait until next week or I should create the bug ticket now?

If you got a message from them that there will be a release next week, I don't think a bug report is not necessary.

Did they say for which version the release would come?

For LS 5. The person who wrote to me even said that there is a release for LS3 already.
