This is not really LimeSurvey related, as these things you have to handle in your analysis.
And if you want to calculate something like a score and display it in your survey: there are some examples here how to deal with "normal" and "reversed" items.
E.g. by a useful coding of your subquestions and using the "that" variable.
As usual: send a lss export of these relevant questions and explain what exactly you want to achieve.

So in this group I have 2 Array questions. First question has different code(value) for answers and the second question has different. So to say, in Array1 "Sehr oft" has code 4 and in Array2 "sehr oft" has code 1. Now I want to merge 2nd array in the first one (as I added one question of Array2 into Array1 marked by revers). I hope I was precise.

Do not provide lsq nor lsg exports, only lss.
Reason, except less work for us, lsq and lsg exports are language sensitive.
You can't import such an export into a survey with a different base language.
So we have to create a survey, guess the base language of your export, to be able to import it.
