I was wondering if it was possible to change the colour of the text inserted from another question when using INSERTANS (ie. placeholder field text). Specifically, I was hoping that the inserted text would stand out.

I did not develop this into the survey I am working on so forgive me for the lack of proper terminology use.

This has nothing to do with LimeSurvey, it is basic HTML. Wrap the text in a <span element>.
