Does anyone know why adding an image to a multiple numerical input (slider on) text input may not be working?

You see, I have no idea what you are referring to.
Here you see images in all parts of a slider question - and additionally your request for a text input.

And one proposal: Avoid this wiping out of text.
If you do not want to show the original text, change it to something else before the screenshot.
