I was wondering if anyone knew of an updated way to make sure that a pdf hyperlink opens in a NEW tab or window? Currently, it opens in the same window. I have tried putting this:
target="_blank"

in the question source, cutsom.css, and theme.css (seperately) and none of this works.

This is an attribute for the <a> element, it is not CSS.
