According to the second case, the list should include:
- Template01
- Template02
- Template03
- Template04

The screenshot shows that there is only Template01. If it worked correctly then this solution would be sufficient, but unfortunately it is not. I think that the topic has already been exhausted, I am not able to provide more details.

PS.
The last screenshot of CopyTemplate01.png was taken as the last one, therefore Template04 is not present in the previous screenshots.

I don't think group is copied when copy a survey ? And i think it's better

Else : i think it's better to name it like "Show to user 2" because you can not hide a survey : only show a survey if it's not already shown.

I am not quite sure why this post was reported, there was also no reason given. I assume that  it was just a mistake, wrong click. Because I can't see anything that would give a reason to report this post.

they are all in the Default group, from 01 to 04

Then no reason it was shown to user,
the strange issue is Template01 in default shown to user, maybe because it was survey id 1 ?
