Which plugin would that be?

I guess one that you would have to develop...

Currently there is no built in way to do this. You could think about triggering another survey that is asking for the reasons why they leave. But to be honest, what difference will it make? I always wonder on those opt-out links when they ask for a reason if anyone ever had a look at this. And if so, if they ever took any action based on this. I personally highly doubt it.

I agree, but its not my choice, I'm just the poor sod that has to make it work
I have thought about a separate survey, but how would I update the system to set them as opt-out at the end of that survey/page?
