Change background color of the "no answer" column in an array question was created by mcovents

I'm using Limesurvey 3.15
Is it possible to change the background color of the last radio button (No answer) for all sub questions in an array question.
It is more user-friendly to separate this visually from the rest of the answer options.

Help us to help you!

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
