I have a quota that in English would be described as:

IF Q3 is answered "No" AND Q4 is answered "No", then terminate.

Both questions are List type questions (radio)

If I set up a quota as per attached, does that correctly represent the scenario above?

If a Quota contains multiple unique question codes, they are AND'd:

If a Quota contains the same single question code, repeated, they are OR'd:
