We are sending post stay thank you email directly from our system but tokens need to send invitation thru lime survey system.

I guess you did not "study" tokens thoroughly...

Help us to help you!

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
