Hi, I have a user that can NOT access the survey that I created using either Chrome or Safari. The survey never connects.
There is a thread from January 2023 ( forums.limesurvey.org/forum/installation...e-or-safari-suddenly ) stating that this issue has been corrected.
Will this issue be resolved again?
Thank you.

You state that you host LimeSurvey on your own server.
So that thread does not relate to your issue.
Your respondent which cannot connect to your LimeSurvey instance might experience a similar issue, but how should know?
We don't know the survey URL or the location/provider of your respondent.
If it is an DNS issue, it is totally unrelated to LimeSurvey as a software.

The issue in that thread was about an DNS issue with one domain used by LimeSurvey hosting. Will this issue be resolved again?

The survey is located at
www.ecoccs.com/limesurvey/index.php?r=su...x&sid=431611&lang=en
The user can access my www.ecoccs.com/ domain without any issues.
jelo , thank you for the correction on the issue in the posting that I shared.

Your webserver has a webapplicationfirewall (WAF) activated, which might is blocking certain IPs or patterns, which are causing only one or a few visitors to be totally blocked. The WAF running is imunify360 webshield 1.18. You might take a look or consult your hosting provider.
Since the blocked visitor is using Safari, you might investigate what enddevice the potential respondent is using. Safari narrows the OS to iOS or MacOS. So there might be a issue around OS or Safari. Not sure how large your survey audience is. So you might have already iOS and MacOS users answering the survey.
