I need a help, the language switcher works for some questions but it doesn't work for other questions. How can I resolve this issue.

I am not very familiar with limesurvey. I am using the online limesurvey service, because I didn't install any software related to limesurvey on my computer. The host is limesurvey.net.
In fact, I am using Euroqol questionnaire with theme (EQ-5D-LSTheme.zip) for my survey. So I created new questions. The theme has a class named eqquestion. For all euroqol questions with this class the language switcher works well, but when I apply the same class to the questions I created the language switcher doesn't work.

1. You are hosted by limeservice : they have a dedicated support : account.limesurvey.org/customer-support
2. You use a specific theme and i'm not sure to have right to give advice on it : euroqol.org/support/how-to-obtain-eq-5d/terms-of-use/

Finally : I don't have access to the template neither to the question. If you want help : minimum is to give a sample link.

What does it mean

the language switcher doesn't work

Isn't it visible?
Are the buttons "Previous", "Next" not translated?
Is there a difference if you use a "standard" theme like "fruity"?
What type are the questions you added where "it doesn't work"?

And - I hope you did not miss this - "Are your questions translated?"

I have a bilingual questionnaire (english and french) and I want the respondent to be able to switch between the two languages.

The language switcher appears on the questionnaire. For euroqol questions when they appear in english and the respondent want to change the language, if he selects french in the language switcher the french version of the questions appears. But this switching doesn't work for the questions that I created. When they appear in english and the respondent try to change the language in the switcher by selecting french, the french version of the questions doesn't show up.

If change the language in switcher, the previous and next buttons are translated only for euroqol questions. But for the questions I created the buttons stay static.

When I use the fruity theme I don't have this problem. I have to use euroqol theme because I am using their standard questions as part of my questionnaire.

I attached one question in the french and in english and one question I created in enlgish version only.

You should contact the theme author. It's not a problem with core LimeSurvey.
