Did you try to reset asset cache (on Global settings : there are a button)
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.

Yes, and recive error 500... could I reset cache removing something using ftp?

Activate debug mode : www.limesurvey.org/manual/Debug_mode
Save the 500 error as HTML and send it to our mantis : www.limesurvey.org/community/bug-tracker

After you can try to delete directories inside /temp/assets/
