==================
Hello everyone,

in my search to solve a problem at work I stumbled upon LimeSurvey and thought it might be a solution.

Scenario
We want to survey the progress our customers made in a certain field.
For this matter we want to define different surveys, which we to though together with them.
The surveys should be resumable and when completely done we want to gain a branded evaluation out of it, with graphs and all the stuff the higher ups like.

Current progress
Currently I easily managed to create the first survey.
I clustered the questions in groups and for each group all questions are on one page.
There is a drop down menu that allows to directly jump to a specific group.
I'm using the global user database so that I'm able to give a user access to different surveys.
The survey itself is branded.

Example question group with two questions

Questions / Current problems I'm unable to fix
I can't currently fix the problem of a user based assessment without external tools.
The questioning in all surveys is the same as in the example image.
We always have Done/Started/Not Startet/Not applicable as multiple choice options with an additional text box to clarify.

My goal now is to have a user based report that is split as follows:
1. Management Summary
Standard text with variables that fill depending on the survey assessments [e.g. Done = 100%, Started = 50%, Not Started = 0%]
One graphic (bar chart) with each group name on the x-axis and each bar split into different colours depending on the questions and displaying their values.
e.g. Diagramm-Type
The y-axis should display the number of questions included in a given group, for the graphic to better represent the distribution of progress the customer made thus far.

2. More detailed analysis
More or less the same as in the management summary, but with one section for each group of questions.

So my question is: Is it possible to create a professional looking user based report including graphs directly through LimeSurvey?
If so: with which parts of Limesurvey do I need to familiarize myself a lot deeper and ,if possible for you to say, where would I find ressources to do so?
If not possible: Do you know any freeware/open source tools that might be able to accomplish this via api or data export?

Thanks for reading and kind regard

Hi,
so you want to get a user-based report as soon as the user finally completes the survey "when completely done", meaning all groups were answered?

As you seem to be German, you may read the pdf in my "Tutorial 3", Chapter 3.

That's correct (on both accounts).
Thank you for your answer and this huge PDF you provide for the community.
I'll get to reading it then.
