Buenos días, necesito pasar toda la encuesta (textos, preguntas, etc...) a un fichero PDF. ¿Es posible hacerlo de forma automática?

No, no existe una funcion asi. Pero, existe la possibilidad.

Bueno, pensando bien, el export en el formato QueXML poderia ser una opción para ti:
www.limesurvey.org/manual/QueXML_PDF_Export
