Que versión de Limesurvey estas usando?
Here is an example of different information (e.g. Browser, etc.) that should work in 3.x, maybe also in 4.x.
Not sure if it gives you all you need, because there is not really a parameter to see what type of device was used afaik.
But you would probably have to look at screen size / view port, operating system, browser, etc.
