No funciona file management

No funciona file management was created by javierlca
Al intentar ingresar a Configuracion/File Managment aparece el siguiente error An error has occured and the file list could not be loaded: Error: You don't have permission to this folder, revisé la configuración de php y se encuentra con permisos de tipo 7 en las carpetas tmp y upload, alguien tiene respuesta sobre este problema?.
