Compañeros, tengo inconvenientes con los registros de las encuestas, muchos usuario la envían y en la base de datos aparecen las respuestas nulas, no guarda los registros de algunos usuarios, he perdido gran cantidad de encuestados por esta razón.
Si alguien le ha ocurrido, o conoce algún tipo de solución, agradezco su replica.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
